Outside, discover a heated and secure swimming pool, surrounded by a wooden terrace fitted with sun loungers and parasols, a discreet spa under an olive tree, as well as a terrace with shaded areas. For your convivial moments, enjoy the dining area equipped with a charcoal barbecue and a gas plancha. No music outside, thank you.

The interior combines comfort and elegance: modern kitchen, welcoming dining room with a large table and central fireplace (wood included), cosy living room with flat screen and home cinema. Four bedrooms, games room-dormitory, and two bathrooms.
For leisure, a ping-pong table, a table football, as well as a comfortable sofa bed and two single beds.
Two garages with electric gates are at your disposal.
