Word from the owner: “The chance of life led me to visit this apartment, in this former mansion, on Rue de la Résistance, one day in July 2017.
 This neighborhood is the one of my childhood: my parents had a business at 37 of the same street and we lived above the store.
 The discovery of this apartment did not take long to turn into love at first sight: yes I fell in love with this unusual place. 
I see myself again, sitting at the dining room table: I had to stay for a quarter of an hour contemplating what had to be my “home”, it was obvious!
“It's no coincidence, it's appointments, no coincidence”
I lived 4 years in this place and the love of this place has never left me: Today, I am happy to be able to share this place with you, nestled in the heart of this country house to which I am attached.
 As a child, it was possible for me, by pushing the doors of certain buildings, to rush in and discover magnificent courtyards: the digicodes had not yet blossomed!
 Montauban, a long Protestant city, still keeps its treasures: Montauban “the secret” lives up to its name.

Symbolic shops such as the Couderc drugstore, established for more than 100 years, salad bars, Occitan ice cream (best waffles and ice cream in the city), and many other businesses such as Galeries Lafayette have made this neighborhood and particularly this now pedestrian street more aesthetic and more harmonious.
