Seasonal Rental Agreement
This agreement is entered into between the following parties:
The Landlord: Owner of the accommodation specified at the time of booking.
The Tenant: Person who has booked the stay for tourist and seasonal purposes, not as their primary residence.
Intermediary: Ma Petite Toscane - Infinity Graphic, acting as an intermediary between the Landlord and the Tenant under an intermediation mandate. Ma Petite Toscane does not act under the terms of the Hoguet Law and cannot be held responsible for the performance of the rental service.
Article 1 - Purpose of the Agreement
The Landlord provides the Tenant, for exclusive use as a seasonal tourist residence, with the property chosen at the time of booking.
Article 2 - General Rental Conditions
The stay is strictly limited to the period specified in the reservation, non-renewable, with check-in from 5:00 p.m. and check-out no later than 9:30 a.m.
Weekend rentals are available upon request and subject to certain conditions, for early check-in and late check-out.
Article 3 - Price and Payment
The total rental amount includes:
Occupation of the premises
Bathroom and bed linen
Water, electricity, and internet
Tourist tax
End-of-stay cleaning
Payment is made according to the terms specified at the time of booking.
Article 4 - Security Deposit
A security deposit by credit card imprint is required upon arrival. It will not be cashed except in the event of damage or additional costs noted after the departure inventory carried out by the maintenance company.
Article 5 - Tenant Obligations
The Tenant agrees to:
Comply with the inventory and use the accommodation peacefully according to its intended purpose.
Have proof of holiday insurance
Accept liability for any damage during the stay. Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation.
Immediately inform the Landlord or their representative in the event of a problem or malfunction.
Article 6 - Landlord's Obligations
The Landlord undertakes to:
Provide accommodation that conforms to the description.
Guarantee accommodation in good working order and maintenance.
Ensure peaceful enjoyment of the premises.
Article 7 - Termination Clause
Non-payment of the rent in full upon arrival will result in immediate termination of the contract, without prejudice to any damages.
Article 8 - Cancellation
Cancellation conditions apply according to the terms specified at the time of booking.
Article 9 - Ma Petite Toscane Disclaimer
Ma Petite Toscane, as an authorized intermediary, cannot be held responsible for the direct performance of the rental service or for any incidents that may occur during the stay. Any complaints regarding the stay must be addressed directly to the Lessor.
Article 10 - Miscellaneous Provisions
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Respect for the environment and neighbors is required.
The Tenant acknowledges having read and accepted the general terms and conditions as well as the house rules.
This contract is governed exclusively by French law.
