Located in a peaceful hamlet in Lombers, just 15 minutes from Albi, this authentic 250 m² stone house combines charm, comfort, and tranquility. It can accommodate up to 9 guests. Here, with family or friends, time slows down, giving way to shared moments filled with nature, gastronomy, and discovery.

The house features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, including a large master suite with a private bathroom (shower + double sink), as well as a second bathroom for the other bedrooms. A mezzanine with a library completes the sleeping area. Baby equipment available (travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub, and potty).

The living spaces are spacious and welcoming. A fully equipped 24 m² kitchen invites you to cook together, extended by a 43 m² dining room with a rustic-style table for 10 guests. The large 80 m² living room with a fireplace becomes the heart of the home, ideal for gathering in any season.

Outside, enjoy a 300 m² private garden with no overlooking neighbors, featuring a saltwater pool (6.5 x 3.5 m) secured with a cover, 5 sun loungers, parasols, a dining area, charcoal barbecue, electric plancha, and a pétanque court. Private on-site parking (4 vehicles, including 2 covered).

🏡 Located in a small hamlet, the house benefits from a peaceful and authentic environment.
⛔️ Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to preserve the tranquility of the property and the neighborhood.
🏊 From the opening of the pool, our pool technician and our team visit twice a week (before your arrival and mid-stay) to check water quality and maintain the pool. Regular care to ensure a pleasant and worry-free swimming experience.
