Are you looking for a large holiday home in the countryside to meet up with friends or family, a refined, vintage decor where each object has its history, quality bedding and linen, services to satisfy your comfort as much as possible? Look no further, you have found it!

Let's go back to the 70s, when my father took over the family building business. In order to meet the needs of the growing company, he acquired a warehouse that allowed him to set up a manufacturing workshop; a building of approximately 500m2 consisting of a metal structure.

For several years, the company continued to grow, as did the construction of neighboring houses. Complaints are continuing due to the noise of the production. It is for this reason that a move of the company is imminent, it will still keep a storage warehouse there. He then moved to ZI Nord in Montauban.

It was in 2006 that I decided to buy the warehouse from my father to transform it into a loft while maintaining the “Workshop” spirit provided by the metal frame and the mezzanines. I create living spaces there. In 2019, for personal reasons, I decided to leave him.

Quickly, I realized the atypical and exceptional side of this house, which is how I decided to create a cottage, a place that future tenants could discover.

Today I want to continue to bring it to life by welcoming you there and above all, that your stays are unforgettable!

【THE STRENGTHS】

Former workshop renovated into a 500m² loft fully equipped, a large 12x5m outdoor swimming pool heated from April to October, its park with outdoor games, private parking. For your comfort, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling as well as air conditioning in 2 bedrooms.
